Whitburn Surgery Patient Participation Group (PPG)
In May 2011 it was agreed that a Patient Participation Group (PPG) for Whitburn Surgery would be formed to enable the surgery to hear views from the patients about the services provided.
Following a team discussion it was agreed a virtual PPG would be a proactive and visionary approach to engage with the practice population and reach a broad section of the community.
