Repeat Prescriptions can be requested by the following methods;
- Online via the website’s “Order a Prescription” App
- Complete the order slip list provided with your prescription and place it in the Prescription Box located in the waiting room,
- Ordered over the telephone between 1 pm – 5.00 pm.
- Via post – please enclose a stamped addressed envelope and we will post the prescription back to you.
In all methods, we require 48 hours notice to have the prescription generated and signed by the doctor.
