PRACTICE STATEMENT: This GP practice does not endorse any company cold calling patients requesting their medication details.

Please be very careful about giving your personal and medical details to anyone calling you unless you are happy to do so and have properly identified who you are talking to.  If you have any concerns please contact us or your local pharmacist to discuss.

Surgery Closed:

Please note the surgery will be closed on Bank Holiday Monday 25th May 2015.

The surgery will be closed from 12 noon on  Thursday 18th June 2015 for staff training.

Did you know you can order your repeat prescription, make an apointment with the GP and view your summary care record via the practice website? To register for the revised online services please complete the attached application form and bring 1 photo ID and 1 residential proof of address to Reception to receive your log in details. 14th May 2015 – Out of Hours Survey
